The Stepping Stones Group is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Advanced Behavior Technician in Quincy, MA where you can provide state of the art behavioral services to children with autism that help us in Transforming Lives Together! Professional ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) experience with children or special needs is required. 
 
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Qualifications 
  • Possess an active Bachelor's degree 
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational and leadership skills 
  • Prior experience as a lead Registered Behavior Technician, delivering direct intervention to individuals with autism spectrum disorders 
  • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment 
  • Reliable transportation
  • Enrollment in a master's program that meets BABC requirements to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst strongly preferred
  • Availability from 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday required; weekends preferred but optional

  • Advanced Behavior Technicians will be able to obtain supervision hours towards their BCBA certification, including PAID Non-Restricted hours. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Support new hire training by delivering training content, modeling and facilitating role plays and providing constructive feedback to newly hired team members
  • Provide direct intervention across home, school, and community settings  
  • Utilize evidence based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions  
  • Collect behavioral data and complete progress notes
  • Provide mentorship, on-going training, and support to Stepping Stones Group behavior technicians in assigned office
  • Assist BCBAs with program development and administrative needs as assigned
