Star of California is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Associate Clinical Supervisor in Long Beach, CA and the surrounding areas where you can provide state of the art behavioral services to children with autism that help us in Transforming Lives Together!  

 

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

 

Incentives


  • Earn $250 per Behavioral or Mental Health hire with our employee referral program 

 

Qualifications 


  • Possess an active Bachelors degree and must be in an ABA/BCBA Master degree program  
  • Must have an active RBT certification
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational and leadership skills 
  • Prior experience as a lead RBT preferred and program writing for individuals with autism spectrum disorders 
  • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment 
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities 


  • Provide direct intervention across home, school, and community settings  
  • Conduct parent/caregiver education & functional behavior assessment 
  • Develop ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) 
  • Utilize evidence based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions  
  • Collect behavioral data and complete progress notes, and case management 
  • Provide clinical direction, training, and support to STAR of CA behavioral technicians  
  • Opportunities to provide Supervised professional experience to STAR of CA staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision
